Web Retriever can create ALB files for easy viewing of the downloaded pictures in the free PhotoAlb viewer, available from photoalb.com. This also allows displaying of contextual information such as the webpage the image was found on.

Running the setup program will install Web Retriever. To uninstall it, go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and select Web Retriever.
